• Bank Transfer: Select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method on the registration information and application page.

* When making a bank transfer, please be sure to include the participant’s name in the payment reference.

* Please complete the payment within 3 days of registration.
Registrations without payment after 3 days will be automatically canceled.

• If you wish to request a refund, please download the attached file, fill it out, and send the completed application to the society’s email (ksbi.office@gmail.com).

• Refund policy according to the registration cancellation date
  1. Cancellation within the early registration period (~September 22, 2025): 100% full refund of the registration fee.
  2. Cancellation after September 22, 2025 (Mon): No refund will be issued.
