On behalf of all members of the organizing committee, we would like to thank you all for your active participation and your unstinting support to BIOINFO 2021. We would like to express our warmest welcome and gratitude to session chairs and speakers and participants of Undergraduate Outreach Program who will lead this two-day conference with sincerity and passion for leading-edge bioinformatics.
In particular, we are grateful to the members of the BIOINFO 2021 program committee, whose unwavering support has made the conference a memorable event for bioinformaticians also ensuring the presentations and contents to meet a high academic standard. In this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic, BIOINFO 2021 organizing committee has made every effort to ensure the personal safety of attendants. Online streaming channels will be provided for international speakers and attendants to make the opportunity to connect, collaborate and communicate with other attendees.
All areas including industries, governments, and academics are focusing on the future of big data and artificial intelligence and the results that they can provide. Therefore, we believe that the role of BIOINFO, which has been one of the prominent conferences for the research and industry on bio-big data and artificial intelligence, becomes more important now than ever.
