Zbysek Pavlík from Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic, Prof. Ing. Milan Holicky from Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic and Prof. Dr. Osman ADIGUZEL from Firat University in Elazig, Turkey to join our conference.
